Amazon Prime Video is an application launched by Amazon LLC., which allows access to its video-on-demand service Amazon Prime Video from mobile devices and PC. To date, more than one mln users have downloaded the app from Google Play.

With an application for Amazon Prime Video, you can watch videos from the site even without an Internet connection by downloading them beforehand on your device. More than 100 000 different videos are available for the purchase of rent, including the latest movies and TV shows. Moreover, you can enjoy video content from Amazon Prime on the big screen by using Chromecast. There is also an opportunity to learn more about the content you are watching, quickly checking IMDb's information with Amazon X-Ray. To use Prime Video, you don't need an Amazon Prime membership, but having one will grant you more opportunities.
Prime membership features
Without Amazon Prime membership, you can still purchase or borrow a range of video materials from Prime Video. But only having membership grants, you access to Amazon Originals and allows subscription for entertainment video channels of your choice, including Showtime, Starz, Cinemax, A&E, AMC, and others. If you change your mind, you can always cancel your subscription or reverse canceling, but note that a refund for previous charges is not provided.
Access from abroad

Season Pass
In Amazon Prime Video, a Season Pass is a pre-paid feature which enables you to purchase the whole season of an ongoing or upcoming TV show beforehand. You will immediately have access to previously broadcasted episodes at your Video Library, and all the new episodes will be added there automatically within 24 hours of broadcast. Also, if you have bought any of the episodes of a particular show, you will have a discount for Season Pass, even if that season is already over.
Conclusion
It would be a shame to miss original content and extended features of Amazon Prime Video for those who have Amazon Prime membership. However, it doesn't seem to have many benefits without membership compared to other popular apps for viewing and streaming video content, but yet for TV show fans, Season Pass may be a useful option.
