The breakthrough mobile RPG (at least, in terms of revenue), Genshin Impact is to receive a new update. The preview of it is already available, revealing new features to come to all the players, regardless of platforms.

The content of the update includes mini-games you can play at a festival in Mondstadt, one of the in-game locations.

Tasks like shooting balloons or collecting balls while gliding through seem easy. Still, each of these “minis” would have made a decent mobile arcade (especially given that they support co-op as well as solo play). The event requires Adventure level 20 and having the “Song of the Dragon and Freedom” quest completed.

In addition, here comes another playable character. Rosaria is a four-star Cryo fighter with a spear. Her unique skills and passives may imbalance the gameplay; then expect for new minor patches to fix that.

Genshin Impact breaks records on iOS and Android; it’s also available for PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and Windows 10, though players there are spoiled with quality RPGs way more. The update is to hit all the platforms, making the world of Genshin Impact way more saturated and detailed while preserving the combat system it’s highly praised for.
