A great event for fans of fictional pocket creatures was the release of new Pokémon: Scarlet & Violet. Nintendo decided to please the players by developing special Pokémon icons for them. Until December 25, Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can get them for free.

The promotion from Nintendo began on November 17 and will last until December 25 this year. In order to earn icons, you need to go to the 'Missions & Rewards' section of your Nintendo Switch Online. The first wave of the promotion allowed you to get several icons until November 24th. However, during each subsequent wave, rewards will also be available, not counting the newly added icons. In total, 5 waves are planned, each of which will last a week.

In fact, Pokemon-related icons are not free. You will need to complete missions to earn Platinum Points. With this virtual currency, you can buy goodies until December 25th. It is worth noting that the missions are quite simple, and it will not be difficult for you to get the entire collection. Events with game icons were introduced by the developers about a year ago, but they mainly concerned older games.

For fans of the franchise, the addition of Pokémon: Scarlet & Violet icons is definitely a welcome bonus. The event started on November 17th while the game was officially released on November 18th. The Japanese publisher of popular games managed to organize the opportunity to get goodies right at the release. Among the icons are both Pokémon and their trainers. The current wave gives Jacq, Arven, Penny, and Nemona as well as the Ceruledge, Armarogue, Lechonk, Fidough, Smoliv, and Pawmi.
